FREE OFF-STREET PARKING

It is located on Dayton Street with easy access to the Christmas Tree Lot's Back Gate Entrance.  Park with confidence and ease to explore the charms of Newport's Historic Downtown Scenery, Restaurants and Shops.  Parking on Dayton Street is also Free but please be aware Dayton Street is a residential street that runs along the back side of the Monmouth Street's east side Businesses and is in effect a back door or dock for some of them.

There are of course parallel parking spots on the main drag, Monmouth Street, however it is now metered.  If there are no spaces or you do not wish to the feed the meter on Monmouth, then simply turn right onto 6th Street and right again on Dayton Street, you will see our signs for the Tree Lot and free parking.
